Let it freeze with the mold Lay flat in freezer for 5+ hours After freezing please follow these steps: Before removing mold lid break all ice around balls using a twisting motion...with lid still on If you do not there will be Saturn-like rings around each ball You do not have to be gentle with the silicone it will not break After using this step to break ice remove top lid and release ice spheres from bottom tray Note: There may be a lot of broken ice but the balls should be fine Ice balls are now ready for removal! Use ice balls you need and store the rest in a plastic zip bag in your freezer FAQ: How to get clear ice? Many people ask about this. There is no magic solution to get perfectly clear ice every time but there are some steps you can take to make your ice less hazy. 1. Use distilled/filtered water rather than tap water. 2. Try boiling the water first then letting it cool down. Some of the haziness often seen in the ice ball comes from microscopic bubbles trapped in the water. Boiling can help cause those microscopic bubbles to dissipate resulting in clearer ice once frozen.

How long will it take to get to me?


As a general rule, if you live in or near a capital city in Victoria or New South Wales you will usually receive your order within 1 week.


Alternatively if you live in or near a capital city in Queensland, Tasmania, South Australia, Western Australia, or the Northern Territory you will receive your order within 1-2 weeks.


Delivery to regional and remote areas can take a little longer, however usually no longer than 12 business days.

What day/time will it be delivered?


Unfortunately, we can't give you an exact day and time your order will arrive as this will be determined by the courier's transit times and trucking schedules.


Will I get a tracking number?


Consignment tracking details will be sent to you within 24 hours of your order leaving our warehouse. You will be able to track your order through the carrier's website.


The expected delivery time given by each courier is for reference only. Delivery might take longer than expected due to various reasons.


If you do not receive your item within 10 business days, please contact our customer service team.


Can I leave a note for the courier?


Yes. During the checkout process you can leave a note which will be added to the delivery instructions for your order.


Please note: After your order has been dispatched from our warehouse you will need to call the courier directly on the numbers provided above to add any notes to your order.


Can the courier call me before delivery?


As some of the couriers we use are contractors, there is no guarantee they will have the facilities to call you on the day of delivery.


Your best bet is to leave a note to call you during checkout anyway. Or alternatively, have your item shipped to your work address where someone will be available to sign for it.


What if no one is home to receive my order?


If no one is home and there is a secure and dry place to leave your order, then the driver may leave your item(s).


If there's no safe place they will leave a calling card and you can call them to arrange a re-delivery date.


In the unlikely event that your parcel is returned to us due to there being an inaccurate address or it being rejected by a receiver, our customer service representative will contact you via email.


A re-delivery cost may occur for any products that are returned to us due to incomplete addresses.

What happens if my item is faulty?


Bit Shopping offers a 12 month warranty on all products, unless stated otherwise.


You are required to notify Bit Shopping within 10 working days in the unlikely event that the item arrives damaged or faulty.


If you would like to process a warranty claim please email us at hello@bitshopping.com.au including your order number and as many detailed notes about the fault(s) and also attach some pictures, or possibly a short video clip, of the issue.


Our warranties team will then assess your claim and be in contact about the next steps. Please do not attempt to return your item without approval.


A refund or replacement will not be provided if products are being misused, mishandled or mistakenly installed. Customers are responsible for following the instructions and advice given by the manufacturers.


What if part of my item is broken or missing?


Bit Shopping can often provide replacement parts for your order if something happens to be broken or missing.


Please circle the part(s) which need replacing on the assembly instructions and send us a photo with your order number to hello@bitshopping.com.au to ensure the correct parts are sent.


In the event that we cannot source the individual parts for your order we will offer you a full replacement or suitable compensation.


What if it is only minor defect?


If there is a minor defect that you are not happy with, please email us at hello@bitshopping.com.au including some pictures and our warranties team may be able to process a partial refund to compensate you.


What if I change my mind and don't want the product I ordered?


We understand that circumstances change so if you would like to discuss a return due to a change of mind please contact us first at hello@bitshopping.com.au quoting your order number.


Any unused products must be returned to our warehouse in their original, unopened packaging and there may be a minor restocking fee calculated on your item dimensions, weight, and your area. Note that we cannot accept returns for a 'change of mind' reason type on mattresses and bedding items for hygiene reasons. Please choose carefully.


We will email you a return label and will refund your purchase minus the restocking fee once the item is returned to our warehouse.
